Some marketing jobs keep you behind a screen. Ours gets you out in the field. And every once in a while, on a swing stage. 📸🏗️

It's not often that we get to share the behind-the-scenes moments from our content days, but they're always some of the most memorable. They're filled with plenty of laughs and remind us how fortunate we are to work alongside such an incredible team.

One of the best parts of our jobs is getting to tell the stories behind our people, projects, and partnerships. And honestly, the guys make it easy. They're always willing to jump in, have fun with the content, and help bring our ideas to life.

Recently, we welcomed prospective clients to our Kona Reef project so they could see the work up close, ask questions, and get a firsthand look at what it's like to partner with Seal Masters.

It was an opportunity to share what goes into a successful occupied-building renovation, discuss real project challenges, and provide transparency into how we approach the work every day. 🤝

We're based on Oʻahu, but our commitment extends across the islands. Being present, accessible, and invested in our clients' success is part of every project we take on.

Because that's what we do.

Have you ever seen someone this excited about an anode?! 😆

These small components play a big role in helping concrete repairs last longer. At Kona Reef, our team is installing anodes as part of the concrete repair process to help protect reinforcing steel from future corrosion. In Hawaiʻi's coastal environment, that extra layer of protection can make a big difference over time.

While they'll be hidden once the repair is complete, that's exactly the point. The best building protection isn't always visible. It's the protection that continues working long after the project is complete. ⚡️🤙

🏝️🤝 Mahalo to Hawaiiana Management for inviting Seal Masters of Hawaiʻi to participate in the Resident / Site Manager Training in Kona.
 
Last week, we had the opportunity to speak with property, site, and resident managers about what we’re seeing in Hawaiʻi’s aging building inventory today. From concrete spalling and aging waterproofing systems to deteriorated sealants, corroded railings, and failing window systems, many buildings are showing signs of deferred maintenance that can lead to much larger repairs if left unaddressed.
Early identification and proactive planning can help protect buildings, residents, and long-term investments.

Not many people have the courage to fly solo on an 18-inch-wide rig suspended 17 stories above the ground.

Here, Nori is performing a close-up inspection from a bosun’s chair, identifying deteriorated sealant and exterior building failures before they turn into larger issues.

A bosun’s chair is a type of suspended access equipment designed to elevate and support a single worker while performing exterior work at elevated heights. It is commonly used for high-rise maintenance, window washing, façade inspections, and other exterior building work.
