This was an AC add-on. After performing a detailed examination, we found the furnace to be in satisfactory working condition, despite initial concerns that it required replacement. We modified the system to meet current code requirements, incorporated air conditioning, and preserved the furnace. For an alternative evaluation, please contact 385-298-2084.
