Removed an old deck & built a new one! The homeowner had us to implement a few changes with the new build…. A little bigger this time (we removed a 16x19 & built a 19x22), shoebox steps along the entire front, aluminum balusters in the railings, and solar post cap lights above the posts 😎. Just wrapped up this one today…. Full exterior remodel! Work descriptive as follows: Removed all existing siding, soffits, trims, shutters, windows, 1 exterior door, and 2 storm doors. New installs are minor carpenter work & rotten wood replacement, tyvek house wrap to all exterior walls, vinyl siding insulation throughout, entry door, 2 storm doors, white new construction double hung vinyl window units with interior wooden trim kits (painted white), Greystone D5DL vinyl siding, Tuxedo Grey vinyl shutters, soffits, custom made aluminum trims, vinyl railing/vinyl post sleeves/vinyl solar light post caps for a front porch step railing, exterior light fixtures, exterior electrical receptacles with weatherproof covers, dryer vent mount kit, range mount kit, painted utility boxes to match the new vinyl siding color, etc…. My son & I did approximately 75 linear feet of custom built dog eared wooden privacy fencing in the past few days… all posts concreted in ground and fencing was fastened together solely by exterior grade screws (no nails whatsoever).
