A proper water sample helps your Waterwell dealer get an accurate picture of what’s happening in your pool so they can recommend the right treatment instead of leaving you to guess.

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀:
Use a clean bottle that has only previously contained water and has no residue or odour.
Take your sample from about elbow depth below the surface, and at the furthest point from the return jet.
Fill the bottle, cap it securely and take it to your nearest Waterwell dealer for professional water testing and advice.

Healthy pool water starts with knowing how to care for it properly.

💧 WHY "CHLORINE LOCK" IS A MYTH 💧

Ever heard someone say their pool has "chlorine lock"?

The truth is, chlorine doesn't become locked or stop working. What's actually happening is usually one of these issues:

🔹 Insufficient free chlorine levels
🔹Incorrect water balance
🔹High chlorine demand from algae or contaminants
🔹High stabiliser (CYA) levels reducing chlorine effectiveness

If your test kit shows chlorine in the water but algae is still growing, the problem isn't "locked" chlorine, it's that the chlorine isn't able to keep up with the conditions in the pool.

✅ Have your water regularly tested by a pool professional
✅ Maintain the correct chlorine-to-stabiliser ratio
✅ Keep your water balanced

Understanding the real cause helps you solve the problem faster and avoid unnecessary water and chemical wastage.
