🎉 Retirement Announcement 🎉
After nearly 30 years of dedicated service, Mike Guzak will be retiring on December 31, 2025, marking an incredible journey that began when he joined Gerrard Ovalstrapping in 1996.
Michael has been instrumental in building our Canadian wide-area network infrastructure from the ground up. His impact has been both foundational and lasting. Through multiple relocations, major divisional sales, and closures, Michael consistently kept things running smoothly, never missing a single month-end or year-end throughout his tenure.
We are deeply grateful for Michael’s many contributions to the Eii Group of Companies. His commitment, reliability, and steady leadership will truly be missed.
We wish Michael and his family all the very best in retirement. Knowing him, we’re sure he has many exciting plans as he begins this next chapter!

The OVAL Hoquiam team gathered at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino to celebrate the holidays, reflect on a year of teamwork, and recognize important employee milestones. We were especially proud to honor Todd Graeber for an outstanding 40 years of service!
The resort provided a wonderful dinner and a welcoming setting for an evening of celebration and connection. We’re grateful for another year of working together and excited for all that lies ahead in the coming year.
