🕵️ Some HVAC problems just don't want to give up their secrets.

One of our customers had a 5-year-old furnace in a 17-year-old house that kept blowing cooler air. It took two techs, two trips, and some serious detective work to crack it: their new humidifier didn't have a filter, so water v***r particulates (nearly invisible) had quietly clogged a furnace filter that was barely a month old.

Once we shut down the humidifier and made a few adjustments, warm air was flowing again like it should.
