Sometimes you have to just try to straighten out what’s there.

Previously was just sitting flat on the floor, no working float switch, drain had been backing up getting the floor wet and homeowner had to just lay a filter on top.

Built it up on a curb and sealed, trapped and vented drain, insulated, added float switch and added filter rack so the customer has a filter slot now.

SULFUR WATER CAN DESTROY YOUR HVAC COIL! ⚠️

This evaporator coil is only ONE YEAR OLD and has already turned black, rusted and developed a refrigerant leak from corrosion caused by sulfur exposure.

If your home has sulfur/rotten-egg smelling well water, it can be hard on your HVAC system and cause premature coil failure.

Something to keep in mind if you’re having repeated refrigerant leaks or coil problems!
