I torched out about 70 18’ #2 Pine Tongue/Boards prior to our terrific trim team putting them into place. Trim finished, interior paint complete, along with cabinets. Plumbing and Electrical finish out in process now:

We are shooting for a July 4th finish date on our Lake Estrella project and will finish our flat work this week…. Lord Willing.🙏

1) Brick & Stone Masons - approximately 10,000 bricks and good amount of stone work to home, and 2 fireplaces.

2) Interior painters

3) Sheetrockers

4) Metal fence installers

It’s all coming together, day-by-day on beautiful Lake Estrella. Got everything slicked down again. Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanicals are all in. Yippee! We get by with a little help from my friends. 🙏
