We enjoy working for kind appreciative people. This young lady was just that😁 We wrapped the entrance door jambs with new black coil. Repaired rotting jambs on garage with azek, new threshold at entrance door, and also fixed up her bay window. The window had sagged so much it was busting the glass in the sash. We replaced the sash, jacked the window up, and reinforced it. She’s good to go for years to come😁

We’ve put our magic touch on this beautiful lake house. We are at the finish line, just waiting for the framer to work his magic and put the final touch on this gorgeous overhaul with a new porch overhang. Very happy homeowners as always! *Azek at all openings, sidewalks, bands, and garage
door
*Framed in and installed 3 windows
*Installed 2 entrance doors
*New interior trim at doors and windows
*New soffit and fascia
*House wrapped and foamed walls
*Knotty pine white wash at interior ceilings
*New exterior lighting updated by Gasper Electric
*Reinforced wall at mini split due to extensive rattling
And vibration making it hard to sleep at night.
*Installed small metal roof overhang at guest house
door.
*Painted all pipes, meter, and cable boxes
