Block building we installed siding on last week. Furred out walls to accept nailer. Installed painted Azek at perimeter base. On slab homes where the Siding meets the ground generally geShine Bright damaged usually quickly by mowers and w**d wackers. This is a good remedy to that scenario. Wrapped all windows in 3 1/2” trim. We also cut block wall to install standard door. Storm door ordered and coming soon. Appreciate the recommendation from Shine Bright. We’re on to the next niehborhood near you🫡🇺🇸💪

Recently completed project on West shore drive.

All new decking and benches
All new Certainteed expresso siding
New full vent soffit and fascia, clay In color.
Added proper vents for adequate ventilation.
New storm door.
Painted all meters and boxes, and encased pipes.
Installed evolve stone afternoon vale, morning aspen
Wrapped all windows in 3 1/2” clay trim

We enjoy working for kind appreciative people. This young lady was just that😁 We wrapped the entrance door jambs with new black coil. Repaired rotting jambs on garage with azek, new threshold at entrance door, and also fixed up her bay window. The window had sagged so much it was busting the glass in the sash. We replaced the sash, jacked the window up, and reinforced it. She’s good to go for years to come😁

We are at the finish line, just waiting for the framer to work his magic and put the final touch on this gorgeous overhaul with a new porch overhang. Very happy homeowners as always! *House wrapped and foamed walls
*Knotty pine white wash at interior ceilings
*New exterior lighting updated by Gasper Electric
*Reinforced wall at mini split due to extensive rattling
And vibration making it hard to sleep at night.
