One of TSE’s newest additions.

Meet Mike - our Operations & Compliance Manager.

If you’ve been wondering who’s behind the reports, PPE requests, vehicle registrations, safety tracking, maintenance coordination - and occasionally turning a wrench when something needs fixing - you’ve found him.

Mike’s role touches a little bit of everything that helps keep our operation organized, accountable, and moving forward. From monitoring driver and fleet safety to managing PPE needs, keeping vehicle documentation current, tracking maintenance, and making sure the details don’t fall through the cracks, his focus is simple:
Keep our people safe. Keep our equipment ready. Keep the operation moving.

Mike brings a hands-on approach to the position and isn’t afraid to step away from the computer and get his hands dirty when the job calls for it. Around TSE, we believe good operations happen when safety, accountability, readiness, and teamwork all work together.

MEET SCOTT - OUR V.P. & COO

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Scott helps keep the many moving parts of TSE working together and headed in the right direction.

Some days he’s managing operations, solving problems, and making decisions. Other days, apparently, he’s stacking hay bales with his bare hands while the tractors struggle to keep up. 😂

Scott brings a hands-on work ethic and a practical approach to leadership. He understands that strong operations aren’t built from behind a title - they’re built through hard work, accountability, teamwork, and a willingness to step in wherever needed.

Whether it’s running an operation or working the farm, Scott’s philosophy is pretty simple:

Get the job done, take care of your people, and don’t leave work sitting in the field.

In oilfield operations, success begins long before the physical work starts.

CWOP - Complete Well on Paper - is a detailed planning and documentation process used to model a well-completion operation from beginning to end. Equipment, personnel, procedures, potential hazards, contingencies, and responsibilities are carefully reviewed before the job moves forward.

Currently representing TSE in CWOP operations are Tim Herrin and Jacob Hollerman. Their work helps ensure each phase is properly evaluated, documented, and communicated - allowing potential problems to be identified and addressed before crews begin physical operations.

CWOP helps teams:

✅ Confirm equipment and personnel requirements
✅ Establish clear roles and procedures
✅ Identify hazards and operational challenges
✅ Reduce delays, confusion, and unnecessary costs
✅ Improve safety and overall job performance

Tim and Jacob are helping lay the groundwork for safe and successful ex*****on in the field. We appreciate their attention to detail, professionalism, and commitment to representing TSE well.
