Meet Roy and Reneé. The faces behind Golden Oak!
We were “high school sweethearts” and got married on a beach over 7 years ago. After undergraduate school, Roy supported me (Reneé) and our little family all through law school and the early stages of my career. Then in 2021, we decided for Roy to leave his job in the automotive business to pursue his own career doing something he truly enjoys.

Now here we are!
We love working together to make your home projects come to life. He is the man behind all the extensive work that goes into each project. I am involved in all the design aspects and behind the scene tasks involved in our business. In the words of our 6 year old, “Teamwork makes the dream work!”

You never know what you will encounter during demo/remodel of your home! In this restroom built in the late 1940’s we uncovered: 3 layers of tile, improper drain ventilation, and rotted frame work.

These are all things that need to be addressed but cannot be accounted for until demo is in progress. Always be prepared for a little (or big) surprise!
