Nate has demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and commitment to excellence within the construction and renewable civil sector. Starting his career as a laborer, Nate worked his way through multiple leadership roles including QA/QC Technician, Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Director of Construction.

His strong work ethic, operational expertise, and passion for developing high-performing teams have made a lasting impact across our organization. Nate’s promotion reflects both his professional growth and the value he continues to bring to Sendero Energy Services and our clients.

At Sendero Energy Services, safety is more than a policy—it’s part of our culture and a responsibility we carry every day 👷‍♂️🚧

As our Director of Safety, Beth Alessi plays a key role in helping lead and strengthen that culture across our jobsites and teams. Beth was drawn to the safety field because of her passion for people, hands-on operations, and making a real impact on the wellbeing of others.

She joined Sendero Energy Services because of the opportunity to help shape a growing company’s safety culture from the ground up. In her role, Beth works closely with operations, field personnel, and crews to support training, conduct site visits, proactively address risks, and ensure safety stays at the forefront of every project.

“One thing people may not realize about working in safety is that it’s not only about policies,” Beth shared. “The real impact comes from building trust and relationships with crews. When people know you genuinely care about them, that’s when you create a strong safety culture.”

Under Beth’s leadership, Sendero continues to prioritize both people and performance—maintaining an EMR of .54, a TRIR of 0, and investing in OSHA training and certifications for employees across the company.

For Beth, the mission is personal. “Every person on a crew has a family, people who depend on them, and a life outside of work. Knowing that I can help make sure they go home safe every day gives my work real purpose.”

Construction Safety Week is a great reminder of what matters most on every jobsite 👷‍♂️🚧

At Sendero Energy Services, safety goes beyond procedures—it’s how we take care of our people. Every task, every decision, every day is an opportunity to make sure everyone goes home safe. It takes awareness, accountability, and a team mindset to do things the right way—every time.

This year’s message is simple, but powerful:
Recognize. Respond. Respect.

⚡ Respond with intention
🤝 Respect the work, the process, and each other

Taking a moment to slow down, stay aware, and speak up when something isn’t right can make all the difference. Those small actions are what prevent incidents and protect the people around us.
