Well I posted before about the prelims on this food truck park and all the digging I had to do well, after months of work alone digging over 400 lnft of 24” trench, 4 graves the size of a large sedan and as deep as a actual grave, using a hydro boring system to bore under two commercial driveways over 40’ in length, setting all my 220 RV receptacles, main panel, and meter can then pulling 3000 ft of 6 gauge wire and 1000 ft of 4 O/T i finally made the final inspection on my first commercial electrical and plumbing job and man it was a bitch!

This job was hell in San Antonio all alone I drove an hour each way and spent my days removing and adding doors where windows use to be, adding windows made from sliding glass door panel turned sideways, Installing a total of 37 windows, 6 doors and custom building this beautiful tri level pergola and patio out of western red cedar. I worked the concrete while being poured by ready-mix and set all my posts 6x6x16' (6 total) and countless hours in the sweltering heat with no shade....the clients were more than happy when they came home and saw what I designed for them they had no clue. They handed me the keys to the house and told me to do what I do best ..so I did just that.

Beautiful job I completed for this client 4 full stair cases refinished to match the beautiful hardwood floor they use to have this ugly red carpet not anymore, also refinished the front doors and repainted and cleaned the front porch lights that looked outdated and out of place to a more modern look this is one refinish and custom stair job I am proud of

I built this staircase 5 yrs prior and installed carpet but the new homeowner wanted something different and called me to rebuild it and do custom oak trees measuring 31 inches one the wide end closest to the wall and the out tree width was down two 11 inches I spent countless hours custom making the new treads, re bending the refinishing the old rails and putting in beautiful black iron ballasterters repainting and trims out this now gorgeous staircase. All to offset the custom Indonesian teak hardwood floor I installed which took over 2 months to get in and a week to get acclimated to the weather due to all the moisture from continuous rainfall that week
