There’s more than one way to experience the wetlands and coastal habitat at Charlie’s Pasture. In Port Aransas, the North and South trails combine 8,100 feet of boardwalk with crushed granite paths, observation areas, and a picnic area, giving visitors a closer look at the preserve and its bird habitat. DCCM supported both trail phases with civil engineering, construction management, and construction staking.

A great day to celebrate an important investment in St. Johns County, Florida!

Our team joined community leaders and project partners for the ribbon cutting of the State Road 207 Water Reclamation Facility. The new facility treats wastewater and produces reclaimed water for irrigation, helping conserve drinking water supplies and protect local waterways.

We’re proud to have contributed to this larger project effort and grateful for the collaboration of the many partners who helped bring it to completion. Congratulations to the entire project team on this milestone for the community!

Big conversations about the future of our region took center stage at the 2026 State of the City and 2026 State of the County addresses, and DCCM was proud to support both events as a Platinum Sponsor.

What helps transportation projects stay on budget before construction even begins?

Join DCCM's Ciro Baeza, PE, at the 100th Annual TxDOT Transportation Short Course, where he'll present on PEPS Budget Dashboards and the role they play in supporting effective construction budget management.

With nearly 30 years of transportation and construction experience, including 22 years with TxDOT, Ciro has seen project delivery from both the owner's and consultant's perspectives. His presentation will highlight how standardized district inputs can create decision-ready views, improve forecasting, strengthen transparency, and support allocation planning across transportation programs.

We're proud to see him sharing those insights as part of the conference's centennial celebration.
