We had the privilege of attending TDCJ's Job Expo and Demostration yesterday. It was an excellent opportunity to meet with 8 skilled individuals in the welding portion who have honed their craft. These talented individuals will be released between now and April, and we are eager to bring them on board to work with us. However, if the timing is not right, we hope that other companies in our network can offer them an opportunity. We are confident that these gentlemen would make valuable additions to any team. These inspiring men will reintegrate into society and become valuable contributors to their communities. Their journey exemplifies the transformative power of hard work and determination.

Congratulations Dusty Rogers! Our first 15 year employee. Here's to 15 more. That means we are on the right path. They will begin to trickle in. He created so many memories with lots of people here. It was only fitting to put it in a poem!

On your 1st day 15 years ago, the company was busy but quite small
This lead to unlikely friendships and memories with all

He plays good golf, and finally got his golf cart license back

He is ALWAYS wearing a hat and talks dramatically with his hands

He is a great dad and couldn’t be prouder

Hunting is his all time pleaser
For at least 5 years, there were ducks in the break room freezer

Exotic hunts had him tracking something in herds
But he had to travel all the way to Argentina just to hunt birds

Over these years we have watched you go from spit cups to cigar butts
I guess that’s what kept you from going nuts-

15 years is a long time to dedicate and not play hookie

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician.

Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests, as assigned.
• Responds to equipment breakdowns quickly, troubleshoots resolution in a timely manner as possible.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance to equipment and building according to established procedures.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems, as assigned.
• Performs necessary research for repairs and identifies supplies/parts needed to complete the task.
• Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and continuous improvements to ensure reliable equipment is available for production.
• Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts.
• Assist in monitoring all work performed by outside contractors.
• Perform lock-out tag-out as an authorized associate with non-routine or major repairs, as needed.
• Other job related duties and special projects as assigned.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to stand 10 hours per day, in addition to walking, sitting, climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Be able to mount, dismount and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be able to work in both hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions.
• Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days, as needed, which includes weekdays and weekends.
• 2+ years maintenance experience
• Advanced knowledge of preventative maintenance, repair and or installation of industrial equipment using skills associated with trades such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing or welding.
• Experience in MS Office products and windows-based computer applications.
• Expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and welding.
• Knowledge of electrical power.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
• Effective communicate with coworkers, supervision and management.
