Special Message from Ownership:

In Mr. Brandon Armelin's desperate attempt to silence us and to save himself, he has filed a TRO asking a court to force us to remove our post from Feb 12, 2025 warning and forewarning individuals of the situation at hand. Teh court granted his request to remove our post on our social media profile which we opposed and is now being appealed to a higher court. Our posts are protected by the First Amendment, Texas Constitution, and Texas' ANTI-SLAPP Statute.

We are posting to announce that we in no shape, form, or fashion are involved in the current/past ponzi scheme and nefarious actions of our former client BB&K Global Consultants, LLC and owner Brandon Armelin. Unbeknownst to us, this former client was engaging in nefarious activity which has been determined to be part of a ponzi scheme spearheaded by our former client. We are aware that he has attempted to include our company in his unethical business practices which is false. A 'Cease & Desist' notice was sent to him on 2/10/25 that he has ignored and have refused to remove our company's logo from his billboard sign per the notice. We will take any additional legal action necessary pursuant to the laws.

Therefore, we strongly urge anyone who is a victim of his investor fraud, please contact law enforcement and file a criminal report with the appropriate authorities.
