The Sorian leadership town hall tour recently stopped in Pecos, Texas, where the leadership team spent the afternoon with employees, sharing updates, answering questions, and enjoying time together over lunch.

Home to one of our key service center operations, Pecos plays an important role in supporting customers across the energy industry. The visit was a great opportunity to connect with the team, recognize their hard work, and hear firsthand about the successes and opportunities they see every day. More than anything, the afternoon was about spending time with the people who make Sorian what it is. From great conversations to plenty of laughs, it was a reminder that our greatest strength is the team behind the work.

The Sorian leadership town hall tour recently made a stop in Glendive, Montana, bringing employees and leadership together to catch up and enjoy lunch as a team.

Glendive may be one of our smaller locations, but it's home to a group of hardworking people who consistently step up, support one another, and deliver for our customers. It's a great reminder that the size of a team doesn't determine the size of its impact.
