Here’s to 6 years of Rheom!

Last week our team got together at Puttery for an evening of celebration, mini golf and some friendly competition.

Did you know there is a National Marine Sanctuary located 100 miles off the coast of Texas?

It’s called the Flower Garden Banks, and it is home to over 300 species of fish, coral and marine life and is just one example of biodiversity being closer than you think.

Today is a day dedicated to preserving the natural environment by promoting biodiversity and conserving natural resources.

As one of Rheom’s core values, responsibility means more than transparency. It’s a holistic approach to our impact on the world, starting with creating biobased materials from renewable resources instead of petrochemicals.

Today we encourage you to ask yourself: what is one step I can take to help protect the biodiversity in my environment?

This is exactly what The Planetary Health Living Lab explored where Shorai™ and Benree™ were featured as future material solutions.

From lowering carbon impact to reducing microplastics, they show what happens when materials are designed for people and the planet at once.

Congrats for curating a show that sparked curiosity and inspired visitors.

With FIFA World Cup 26™ coming to Houston, we had to bring Shorai™ to the pitch ⚽️

Tuesday at Youth + Play + Sustainability Day at Hermann Park, visitors got to feel the “future of materials”, with Shorai™ and Benree™ samples on display.

We loved meeting with fellow Houstonians who are passionate about sustainability, innovation, and making the world a greener place.

From plant oils ➡️ pellets ➡️ products, the future of materials is being built right here in H-Town.
