HVAC Service Technician Needed

Ability to service chilled water HVAC Systems. Knowledge in Air Cooled Package Chillers, Centrifugal Chillers, Screw Chillers and related HVAC equipment and control components.

Types of buildings:
1. COMMERCIAL OFFICE BUILDINGS
2. HOSPITALS
3. SCHOOLS
4. HIGHER EDUCATION
5. MANUFACTURING

Four or more years of commercial HVAC experience as described in job overview. DDC controls are a plus.

Must possess good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure effective teamwork and customer relations.

Must possess valid driver license and meet MVR requirements to operate company vehicle.

Must possess universal refrigerant recovery certificate.
