Our production team recently volunteered at the Humane Animal Rescue of Pittsburgh, helping clean and restock Ellie’s Pantry while also sprucing up the shelter’s grounds. Their work supports pet owners facing difficult times and helps create a welcoming environment for the animals in care. A great example of making an impact in our communities!

We had a lot of fun at the Mill Cove Environmental Area Earth Day event, where we brought our Energy Explorers program for a day of learning and hands-on engagement. Visitors explored why pollinators are important and how Seneca promotes and protects pollinators throughout its operations. They also created their own pollinator seed mix to take home and plant.

Recently, employees from our Drilling & Completions team spent the day at Heart Prints Center for Early Education, helping enhance the school’s outdoor education space. Investing in young readers and stronger communities 📚

Seneca Resources is proud to have supported a special literacy event at Juniata Elementary School, helping bring best-selling children’s author Jerry Pallotta to DuBois through the “United States of Readers” program. Each student received two free books to take home, creating excitement around reading and giving students the opportunity to build their own personal libraries.

Through partnerships like this, Seneca is helping create meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong passion for reading.

Last Friday, our Kane team came together to participate in the annual KARE for Kane event in Kane, PA. This long-running community initiative brings volunteers together each year to complete projects that help improve and revitalize local spaces.

As part of this year’s effort, our employees spent the day cleaning out the site of a former school. Their work helped clear debris and prepare the space for future use, supporting continued investment in the community.

Seneca’s production team recently volunteered at the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, where they stocked shelves and helped neighbors select groceries for their families.
