We employ a low pressure philosophy to the repair or replace option. With 25 years, experience, Craig has been a NATE certified technician in the areas of service and installation. He is still active in servicing his customers, a

nd currently performs the majority of all the diagnosis and repair. He is the former service manager, supervisor, lead technician and Vice President of some successful HVAC companies in the Southeast Houston and Pearland based companies. He still supervises the day to day service operations of one of those companies.

The definition of dedication - Father's day weekend, my weekend off, AC out, I answered the call, arrived at 11:00, had it fixed in 45 minutes. Cooling and happy, no overtime, regular pricing and even gave a bigger discount than normal! Thanks New Horizons.
