The preliminary NTSB report for the MV Dali incident from March has now been published.
There is more to investigate here, but a picture is emerging, and a few rumors are put to rest. As always, speculation is not the industry's friend.

My respect to the National Transportation Safety Board and the investigating parties for an informative and readable preliminary report - thank you.
