We are truly humbled and honored to share that Aggregate Technologies has been awarded the 2025 ABC National Excellence in Construction® Pyramid Award for our work on the NTE Capacity Improvements Project in Texas.

This award means a great deal to us — not just because of the recognition, but because of what this project represented: a chance to think differently and serve our partners and the community in a better way.

When Ferrovial Construction and the NTE CIP team came to us, the challenge was clear. As Ignacio Milans, CEO of NTE CIP, put it:

💬 "Due to the scope of work and because we are trying to keep as much of the existing structures as possible, we knew we had to think more creatively. We were exploring innovative solutions and learned about the hydro demolition and knew it would be a great fit for what we need to get done."

That trust pushed us to bring our best. Using HydroDemolition technology, we were able to complete the first partial bridge demolition of the project in a way that was safer for workers, less disruptive to the traveling public, more precise, and more sustainable — recycling water, preserving existing rebar, and reducing noise, dust, and debris throughout.

This 10.4-mile project spans six cities and represents the kind of infrastructure work that truly impacts people's daily lives.

Aggregate Technologies was proud to be part of the Marine Military Academy
Career Day in Harlingen, TX! 🎖️

MMA is a military prep school where boys are forged into men of honor, grit, and purpose — grounded in the traditions and discipline of the **United States Marine Corps.**

There are SO many incredible careers out there, and sometimes all it takes is a little exposure to kindle that fire! 🔥 These young men walked in not knowing what they didn't know — and walked out with a whole new perspective.

A huge shoutout to our own **Belin Wills** for showing up, opening eyes, and dropping some serious wisdom on these cadets. That's what it's all about — investing in our future! 💪

Later that week, MMA hosted a charity dinner benefiting the school — and the incredible **Lara Logan**, award-winning war correspondent and host of *Going Rogue with Lara Logan*, took the stage and had every single person on the edge of their seat. Some messages you just don't forget. 🙏

To the cadets — whatever path you choose, may you go with **honor, grit, and purpose.**

Happy Earth Day! We are committed to the Earth because there are currently only one-way tickets to Mars!

We believe we can all make a difference!

At Aggregate Technologies, we do our part by thinking outside the box — and thankfully, that has helped improve our processes and benefited our planet!

One of our favorite techniques has eliminated the silica dust risk for our awesome operators AND the environment! For us, that means using high-pressure water instead of the vibration-causing traditional methods of concrete removal.

Compared with a destructive jackhammer, HydroDemolition is the best way to protect the Earth, check the regulatory boxes, and make repairs last longer — and we all know that extending the life of repairs helps decrease embodied carbon.

So Happy Earth Day! Let's keep doing our best in our little corners of the world!

Team Building at the Nation’s Golf 🏌️‍♀️Capital!

Since we’re starting a new 🏗️construction project near Savannah, Georgia-
It just made sense to have our Aggregate Technologies
at a Top Golf!⛳️

Our President, Ronnie Wills, started things off with some questions to glean insight from one another, develop relationships and then of course- swing some clubs!🏌️‍♂️

But no one was anticipating this twist-
the Top Golf was having a charity event for 🪄Make-A-Wish foundation…

Every donation meant a spin of the wheel & a challenge!
