No cooling call this evening. Customer said it hasn't been getting cool in the house and the unit was fairly brand new a few years old to be exact. All my readings was good, pressure was good, electrical good. Oh but when I check those coils🤦‍♂️ Homeowner says I clean the coils all the time. Folks when you rinse down the coils that is only getting the surface. You need at least 2 deep coil cleanings a year along with inspection done by a Professional.
