KF BOLTED BODY BALL VALVES

KF manufactures the Series AF and CF threaded floating bolted body valves to expand our line of oilfield ball valves. These valves are designed to be durable and economical. This design utilizes a flanged body and adapter secured by cap screws to provide a firesafe connection and maintain seal integrity when servicing. KF offers the Series AF/AFH with a Ductile Iron or Carbon Steel body in sizes 2”RP-4”RP 1000-2000 psi, and the Series CF/CFH/CFXH with a Carbon Steel body in sizes 2”RP-4”RP 1500-5000 psi. The KF Valves Series FAE trunnion ball valve is a high quality two-piece split body trunnion mounted ball valve that conforms to API 6D, API 641, ASME B16.34 and ASTM specifications and are equipped standard with Devlon® seats. These valves incorporate double o-rings or a combination of o-rings and gaskets for double envelope sealing. The 1-piece top entry design of the Series T ball valve allows easy field service and maintenance through the top entry bolted bonnet which incorporates double o-rings or a combination of o-rings and gaskets for double envelope sealing. The Series T trunnion design reduces operating torque by ensuring central positioning of the ball under the highest working pressures. Independent floating spring loaded seats provide a tight seal even at low differential pressures. These valves are now available as API 6D compliant.
