Shout out to all of my grilling buddies with experience smoking meats…I’m returning my second Pit Boss Vertical Competition series smokers in 4 mths…these things won’t hold their temperature and the temperature probe reading is inaccurate.

What pellet smokers have you had good luck with from personal experience??

This update to the builder grade wood balusters really makes a difference! These balusters are from the Tuscany collection from House of Forgings.

DIY’rs can do this project for about $1300….if your looking for professional installation expect to pay between $1800-$2400 for everything.
