Alicia Grifaldo, project manager and who also has several other hats in the company:), grew up around construction projects since she could first walk, literally. Tagging along with her father Moises, at a very young age she picked up on what it takes to run projects and work hard. Seeing houses being built from the bottom up fascinated her and knew she would one day help her dad in the business. She is a graduate from University of Houston, Main Campus with a degree in Mass Communications with a minor in English Literature. Moises and I have had the pleasure of working with new clients located here in Kingwood 🫂. They have been a great joy ✨️ to work for. We have done many things in their home some exterior work that has needed a bit of a touch-up and a new lift 😌.

From:
-Landscaping replanting and removing that ugly black mulch to Cedar mulch 😉
-River rocks added around the generator and water system. 🪨
-Black iron fence that you see in this picture 📸
-Exterior stone with new caulking and around windows due to water leaks from the inside windows.

One recent project involved a complete transformation — we removed deteriorated pea gravel concrete, only to find wire mesh underneath instead of rebar 🫣. In some areas, the concrete was up to 7 inches thick 😮

Happy Tuesday! ☀️ Huge thank you to Mr. Ken for reaching out to Grifaldo Construction! 🤙

Years ago, Mr. Ken had a custom table built with beautiful limestone legs. When the original frame broke, he called Moises to see what could be done. Moises came up with a creative solution—using handcrafted canteras from Mexico as new supports for the table.

The result? A stunning blend of durability and design that brought this unique piece back to life! 👌✨
