The dining room said coastal, but the build had to say custom. At Azzurro, layered blue baffles, tight millwork, warm lighting, and a full-height wine wall turn the room into more than a place to sit. It feels like the view made it indoors, and the details knew exactly where to land.

The reveal only works because the rough phase got done right. Framing, lift work, storefront details, patio flow, and all the behind-the-scenes coordination turned this LALA Land Kind Cafe location into something bright, polished, and easy to love. Every arch, soffit, finish, and brand detail had to carry the same energy as the yellow script out front. The final result feels light, welcoming, and built for the kind of cafe moment people remember.

For Casa do Brasil, the buffet island had to do more than look the part. We built a stone-topped centerpiece with warm wood detailing and a herringbone floor that keeps the room moving. Behind the scenes, utilities were coordinated at the hub so service stays smooth when the rush hits.

Black drapery, cobalt seating, and a marble bar that holds the whole room steady. At Bar Victor, the reveal is part of the build. You step through the curtain and the room locks in fast, dark millwork, brass detail, and just enough glow to make the whole thing feel sharp rather than loud. A little drama, fully under control.

Not every patio knows what it’s doing. This one does. At LOCAL Public Eatery Woodlands, the covered terrace is tuned for the long lunch and the unplanned extra round. Steel gives it structure, timber warms it up, and that hit of soft aqua keeps the whole room from taking itself too seriously. Easy going at first glance, well built where it counts.

Not every lobby knows how to make a first impression and still invite you to stay. Here, the chandelier catches the eye, the curved canopy brings the scale down, and the café turns all that glass and stone into somewhere you would actually want to sit. Big room, good manners. That balance is the work.
