They worked with Continuous Improvement and Equipment Health teams to provide alerts of erratic engine RPMs. At the time of the award, this innovative alert system had prevented more than $1 million in power end failures. As a part of their experience in NexTier's internship program, they were tasked with significant projects designed not only to enhance their learning but also to leave a lasting impact on their teams.
