LMC Corporation is Seeking Qualified Candidates for the role of Project Manager

* Must be able to read/comprehend drawings, communicate and implement customer provisions

* Produce job estimates by interpreting drawings

* Monitor job development set against schedules and address any issues that may arise

* Schedule and organize materials and/or equipment to guarantee project completion based on site visits and scope of work

* Interact with foreman and supervisor to ensure construction projects move forward efficiently and assist with issues that may arise

* Manage subcontractors' schedule and equipment delivery for project completion

* Build strong customer relationships and self-confidence in speaking with business owners and personnel

* Maintain documentation internally including daily reports and change orders to ensure job is completed with the selected completion date

REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years Construction Experience
* Problem solver with strong work ethic, team oriented and customer focus
* Organized and self-directed
* Knowledge of reviewing project plans
* Ability to manage multiple projects and completion dates
* Preserve a professional appearance and attitude
* Must be able to pass a background check

* Own reliable transportation
