Strategically located along the U.S. Gulf Coast, this facility offers more than 2.2 million barrels of storage capacity across 101 carbon-steel tanks, supporting a wide range of products, including specialty chemicals, petroleum products, base oils, biodiesel, vegetable oils, and more. The terminal provides seamless connectivity through vessel, barge, rail, truck, and ISO container services, enabling flexible and efficient logistics for our customers.

📍 Pascagoula Buildout Update

Since breaking ground, we’ve made strong progress on Phase 1 of the project.

🚧 Drone footage shows:
• Installation of new storage tanks
• Assembly of pipe racks and infrastructure
• Site preparation for upcoming connectivity to pipeline, rail, and marine logistics

This facility—being constructed on the former Mississippi Phosphates site—will support our agreement with Chevron Products Company to receive, store, and deliver petroleum products to the nearby Chevron Pascagoula Refinery.

We’re proud to be advancing this project toward its expected operations in the second half of 2026, and to bring new employment opportunities and economic growth to the local community.

Our management team recently attended the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA) Terminal Operating Practices Symposium (TOPS) in Savannah, and the experience delivered real value.

TOPS is a unique, peer-to-peer educational series designed specifically for terminal leadership, fostering open collaboration and candid discussion. Attendees shared real-world experiences managing challenges such as natural disasters, environmental releases, equipment failures, worker injuries, near misses, and other abnormal events. The honest exchange of lessons learned—what worked and what didn’t—provided practical, actionable insights that can be applied immediately at facilities across the industry. A great example of how learning from one another strengthens safety, preparedness, and operational excellence!

📣 Exciting News! BWC's Stockton Terminal recently received the largest vessel that the port can accommodate—the Panamax-class vessel Pelican State. The double‑hulled tanker has a cargo capacity of approximately 331,000 barrels for petroleum and chemical products. This speaks volumes (pun intended!) about our capabilities at this facility. https://bwcterminals.com/locations/stockton-ca/

Did you know? The Pelican State measures about 183 meters in length and 32 meters in beam. When we convert the ship’s length and beam into square footage, we get a deck area of approximately 63,060 square feet. That's the equivalent of three NFL football fields laid end-to-end lengthwise with a little extra for the width, or roughly 11 standard FIFA soccer fields side-by-side.🏈 ⚽
