Much of our work involves special applications such as high and low ph waters, high water temperatures, low wet bulb temperatures and severe winter operating conditions. Thermal upgrades can provide increased efficiency, yield colder water, possibly eliminate one or more cells and allow the incorporation of the latest energy conservation designs. can repair and renovate all manufacturers and models of cooling towers: counterflow; crossflow; induced draft; forced draft, and HVAC; emergency response and replacement parts. Prior to undertaking a thermal upgrade, major repair, renovation or future planning, Tower Performance will conduct a comprehensive evaluation of your cooling tower and provide a formal written report listing all items needing attention and the cost for the necessary work. This includes: performance tests in accordance with CTI test code ATC-105 to determine the present level of your cooling tower and provide recommendations to obtain colder water; project future performance based on increasing/decreasing heat loads; perform a physical inspection of all cooling tower components; and provide a report covering Safety of Operation, Structural Integrity, Thermal Performance Level and General Appearance.
