27 years ago today Ronnie Tinsley, DeWayne and Rick Rice started Direct Service. October 1, 1999.

What began as a commitment to show up, do the work right, and stand behind it has grown into 27 years of MEP excellence — mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction, and design.

This one is for our team. The ones who answer the 2 a.m. call. The ones who stay until the job is done. The ones who treat every building and the people in them like it matters.

And for every partner, vendor, and client who trusted us along the way.

Happy anniversary to our team and business partners, everywhere.

Help us bring Christmas to kids who might not get another one.
We're gearing up for our 2025 Annual Toy Drive and you can help!

Every year, we spend the holidays gathering toys for the
terminally ill children at Ronald McDonald House Charities Greater Houston and Texas Children's Hospital.

Many of these kids may not get the chance to celebrate Christmas ever again, and we could really use YOUR help.

We deliver the biggest truckload of donated toys that we possibly can, so these children can laugh and play during the holiday season.

We want to do whatever we can to bring some joy to their hearts and smiles to their precious faces.
