We specialize in structural design for heavy industrial facilities, marine facilities, architectural engineering, and civil structures. We keep future expansion in mind, thus saving time and money when upgrades are needed. First rule of the sea, render aid.

GOOD BULL ALERT 🚨👍

What’s the first rule of the sea? To render aid.

This afternoon, crew aboard TS Lone Star State was alerted about a boater in need of assistance about 60 miles off the coast of North Carolina. Fortunately, the crew spotted the vessel shortly after and notified U.S. Coast Guard. Capt. Wade Howell ‘02 commanded the crew to stand by until their arrival, in case urgent aid was needed, and to ensure that surrounding marine traffic was aware. Thanks to USCG the occupants are now safely being transported back to port.

This is the third time that the Texas A&M Maritime Academy has served its fellow mariner community and worked with USCG for the safe return to port of a mariner in need.

Continue to track TS Lone Star State’s inaugural voyage home to Galveston. Just five more days until it arrives at its homeport.
