Today we celebrate an incredible milestone as Mike Estes officially retires after 32 years with Lowrance Machine.

Mike has always been the kind of person who lets his work speak for itself. Easygoing, humble, and never one to take himself too seriously, he's been a steady presence for three decades as our Shop Manager and Designer. His knowledge, dedication, and quiet leadership have helped shape countless projects and have made a lasting impact on our team.

We had the privilege of celebrating Mike this past Friday with friends, family, and coworkers, sharing stories and thanking him for everything he's contributed over the years.

Now it's time for a new adventure. Mike recently picked up a kayak and is looking forward to spending more time on the water, making memories with his grandchildren, and enjoying a well-earned retirement.

From everyone at Lowrance Machine, thank you for 32 years of hard work, friendship, and commitment. We wish you calm waters, tight lines, plenty of time with the grandkids, and all the happiness retirement has to offer.
