What is Mangalloy®?

Some applications don't just wear material down, they beat it.

- Crusher liners
- Shredder and breaker bars
- Grizzly bars
- Bucket pins

In those conditions, standard abrasion-resistant plate can crack under the shock loading before it ever gets a chance to wear out.

Mangalloy® is an 11-14% manganese steel that actually gets harder the more it takes. Put it in service under heavy impact, and the surface hardens as it runs, while the core stays tough.

Getting processed steel to spec shouldn't require a three-vendor chain. 😤

We know the typical experience for cut-to-length, welded assemblies, and custom fabrication is going back and forth between a material supplier and a separate processing shop.

That gap adds lead time, introduces quality variables, and creates accountability problems when something doesn't land right.

What is Wearalloy®?

Equipment that runs in hard conditions wears out ⬇️
