Another project is near completion with landscaping in progress. Designed for Trammell Crow Company and joint venture partner Daiwa House Texas, Blue Ridge Commerce Center, a five-building state-of-the-art industrial park set on 92 acres in Fort Bend County, includes 1,350,627 SF of Class A industrial space. LEED certification will be pursued for all five buildings, which will include EV-ready parking stalls. In addition, Building 2 will feature roof-mounted solar panels.

SEEBERGER Architecture had a blast at the 2025 AIA Houston Gala. Proceeds from the gala benefit the programs of the Architecture Center Houston (ArCH). We were honored to celebrate such a memorable evening catching up with old friends and meeting new ones in Houston’s design community.

We recently completed our initial punch walk for one of our projects in Northwest Houston, Constellation Eldridge. This 537,375-square-foot speculative Class A crossdock warehouse features a 40-foot clear height, 127 trailer stalls, truck circulation drives and 56-foot column spacing on the 26-acre property. It’s so rewarding to see this distribution center coming close to the finish line!

This Wednesday SEEBERGER Architecture had the pleasure of attending the groundbreaking for our new development project in Cypress, TX. We celebrated along with the Prologis Nashville and Houston teams, Burton Construction, Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, the Cy-Fair Chamber of Commerce, the office of Paul Bettencourt among others.

Prologis Legacy Point, Building 5, is located along Highway 290 near Grand Parkway. The 407,302 SF speculative building with 36' clear height, 185' truck courts and abundant trailer parking is set for completion January 2026.
We are very excited about kicking off this project and grateful for another opportunity to work with a great team!

Check out the progress at Blue Ridge Commerce Center. The five-building, 1.4 million-SF industrial development is located at Fort Bend Pkwy & McHard Rd. Buildings 1, 4 and 5 are designed as cross-dock facilities with 36-foot clear heights ranging from 257,001 to 431,017 SF. Building 2 will be a 157,626-SF front-load structure with 32-foot clear height, while Building 3 will be a 153,928-SF facility with 28-foot clear height. Completion is expected Summer 2025.

Our latest project in El Paso is under construction. SEEBERGER Architecture is partnering with Alliance Industrial Company again to develop Valley Crest Commerce Center. Projected delivery date for the 148,840 SF industrial facility is scheduled for Q1 2025. Harvey Builders provided nice drone shots of the recent progress. Retaining walls will be installed on the north side of the property to build up the truck court. Langan Engineering & Environmental Services is providing Civil engineering and Landscape Architecture services for the project.

Progress at Carson 288 Building D! The SEEBERGER Architecture team provided design services for the newest building in the distribution center developed by Carson Companies. Building D is a 217,143 SF cross-dock industrial facility that features 8,214 SF of 2-story office, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting and fenced truck courts. This building is Phase II of a master planned business park located at Highway 288 and Airport Boulevard. Phase I consisted of two cross-dock buildings totaling 607,039 SF that were successfully leased prior to the completion of the shell building.
