We also off custom services upon request. Even though we are located in Spring, TX we also service the following areas: The Woodlands, North Houston, Tomball, Magnolia, Conroe, Cypress, Kingwood, Houston, and the surrounding areas. A/C and Heating system check-up includes:
A complete evaluation on your air conditioning and heating system. Once our techs have completed the check-up they will provide you with a diagnosis and suggested work to be performed. Our check-ups include checking refrigerant (Freon) charge, electrical connections, mechanical parts, air flow evaluation (static pressure), evaluation of indoor and outdoor coils, duct system for any leaks and much more. We service and repair air conditioning and heating systems of all the major brands including American Standard, Trane, Ruud, Rheem, Carrier, and more. Maintenance agreement includes:
No Service Call Charge (during normal business hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday)

Free Air Conditioning and Heating Estimate
We take pride in providing the highest quality workmanship in our installations by using high quality materials to go along with your equipment. Installation of your equipment will meet or exceed state and local codes. To ensure that the installation process meets company standards, a Supervisor or Senior Tech will review job before its completion. We provide free estimates on equipment including complete duct systems. Once the estimate is complete we will provide you with a proposal containing different options so we can work with your family’s budget. We also offer a financing option in order to help with the budget as well. We are here to help find the right system to fit your family’s needs and keep you cool and comfortable all year long.
