Spring , Humble, Aldine area....Commercial and Industrial metal roof building. We are replacing 24 skylights and performing differed maintenance by water proofing and sealing metal roof panels. We seal the fasteners, side laps, and end laps with three part treatment. First clean and prep surface , then install 100% silicone base layer, next fabric mesh (for strength) second layer or middle layer and finaly 100% silicone top coat top layer. This is a three part treatment that will really extend the life of the roof for many years for the new owners.

WOW!! ....................Full circle moment here.
We were honored to work on a home in a very high end neighborhood between Bellaire and West University that was a referral. Directly across the street was Lakewood Church. When i first moved to Houston for hurricane Ike relief and restoration i would go to Lakwood and pray for a wife and family and good customers. Fast forward 18 years later we have a beautiful family with a 12 year old daughter, an Award Winning Residential and Commercial Roofing Company the best customers and crews anyone could dream to serve and partner with on projects. We are so humbled, blessed and grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you. :)

wow, we are so fortunate to have some really good customers. One of our longtime real estate companies commercial and residential "Alon Realty" owners referred us to one of her best friends.
Sandra and Mr. Hill Jr, they have a beautiful home in Pearland TX.
