Today I will I will share a story of my dear uncle and senior brother in person of Ifechukwu Onyema Allen , The Chairman of Air peace airline you know today.
Years ago, Fidelity Bank placed a bet on Allen Onyema and his Air Peace brand, when most banks stayed away from having anything to do with the airline , Air Peace was a small airline at a time - 11 years ago- so you can't blame the banks that stayed . How many banks has turned you down in your career journey? How many promoters has seen your ideas as unrealistic and waste of time? Theres a good news for you" .
Despite their size and smallness, Fidelity Bank chose to give them a try .Theres a reason why they did !! This is the reason why HOS through Imerge Africa is on a campaign of promoting ,elevating and establishing 1million local companies or individuals with entreneural instincts to set them up for geometric progressive derivatives in the global commercial sector.
Ifechukwu Onyema Allen knew where he was going and how big his dreams were 11years ago but he didn't hold back or hesitate at any given opportunities thrown at him. I don't know the CEO , inventor , the Chairman, President and the world changer I am speaking to at the moment but one thing I know your time to shine is here, don't hesitate to leverage on this golden opportunities, they don't always come so often.

When it comes to cash flow, no airline in Nigeria today comes close to Air Peace in terms of daily turnover and liquidity. We are talking about an airline that generates between 50 and 100 million naira daily. What made it possible? Combination factor of communalization, partnership, equity and perfect deployment of the 4cs . "One tree doesn't make forest.
HOS vision is about innovation, simplicity, impact and being excellence. It's very broad but crystal clear on what they set out to do. And most importantly, it's durable for a long time. I often encourage people to read their Mission statements when they had a bad day at work (tough co-worker or customer fire drill) so they can re-gain perspective on the impact they're making. Lastly, differentiation, is it test proof and convincing? While humble in the process.
