Day 3. Presentation day. That’s a wrap on the Ross School of Business Innovation Residency. 🎓

We pitched our B2B product, defended our decisions, and closed out what has honestly been one of the most rewarding few days of the program. The work was real, the pressure was real, and so was the satisfaction when it was done. 🙌🏾

I came into this residency with a team I’d only ever worked with remotely. I’m leaving with people I’d actually build something with. That’s the real win. 🤝🏾

Day 1 of the Ross School of Business Innovation Residency is done, and I genuinely loved every minute of it. 🎉

There’s something special about spending months collaborating with people remotely and then finally being in the same room. The energy was completely different. ⚡ We’d already done some groundwork as a team before travelling to Michigan, so when we got together in person, we hit the ground running.

The day was full of design thinking, customer discovery, and building something from scratch with people who are just as passionate about solving real problems. 🛠️ My teammates brought so much to the table and it showed.

This is what the Michigan Ross MBA program does well. It doesn’t just teach you business concepts in isolation. It puts you in a room with brilliant people and makes you build, think, and collaborate under real pressure. 💡

More to come as the residency continues. Already can’t wait for day 2. 🚀

Just got off the stage at ISBCom 2026 at Central Michigan University 🥹✨

I presented research on something I care a lot about and have been sitting with for a while now. How do we deliver generative AI and the kind of experiences people are getting from LLMs and AI agents to communities where the internet isn’t reliable, data is expensive, and the language at home isn’t English?

Turns out, you can. The phone someone already has is enough, if we’re willing to build for the conditions they’re actually in. And it costs a fraction of what you’d think ✨

NEXILA is officially an IEEE paper 🥹✨

My paper on the NEXILA Protocol was accepted and presented last week at ISCAIE 2026 in Malaysia. This project is special to me because it focuses on giving AI tutors a long term memory that respects privacy and stays grounded in facts.

We found that when AI has this temporal memory it becomes fully successful at connecting dots between study sessions but without it the success rate was nonexistent. This is a huge win for the future of lifelong learning 📚✨

Researching this at has been such a journey. I truly believe that for AI to be a partner in our growth it needs to build on what we know while being a system we can actually trust 🚀🙏

Final day of my MBA leadership residency 🥹 ✨

Won a leadership game at my table, got a signed book, and then my cohort handed me notes calling me a “powerhouse,” “fabulous,” and “very nice and welcoming.” 🩵

The people made this experience so special.
