be encountered. Kodiak fiberglass Rebar was developed by Leroy Heston In 1984 & is the first Fiberglass Rebar Manufacturer in The United States. Kodiak Rebar was used to build the First Vehicular Bridge for the Federal Highway department using no steel on the Mckinleyville Bridge over Buffalo Creek, West Virginia in 1996.
