Responsibilities:

Develop relationships with all existing customers and continue developing the accounts.
Establish and develop new clients. Be a planner and an executor.
Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
Provide clients and potential clients with excellent customer service.
Meet potential customers in their offices or Job site to conduct inspections and give estimates of services.
Respond to leads and referrals in a timely manner.
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials
Build a team of Sales Representatives.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience within the construction industry
Excellent communication skills.
Spanish bilingual preferred.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to think on your feet and take initiative
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented
Valid Texas driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Commission TBD.
