It is with great sorrow to announce we have lost one of our own, Ryan Johnson. Many of you had the pleasure of meeting Ryan. Ryan joined Air-Ton Heating & AC in July 2025, but he had already been part of our family long before that. We’ve known Ryan since he was 8 years old, so welcoming him into the company felt like a natural step.

From day one, Ryan proved himself to be a model employee. His trustworthiness, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn stood out immediately. He followed procedures carefully, took initiative, and never hesitated to do whatever was needed to get the job done. Ryan consistently arrived before anyone else and never once complained about staying late.

He was just beginning his transition from parts runner to technician, and we were all excited to support and witness his growth. As a company, we were truly blessed to have had Ryan as part of our journey. His presence made a lasting impact, and he will be deeply missed by all.
