We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated professional to manage accounts receivable and construction billing across multiple high-impact projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers, contracts, and real-world project data—this role is for you.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Manage full-cycle AR and construction billing
• Handle progress billing, retainage, and invoicing
• Collaborate with project managers and clients
• Track payments and help maintain strong cash flow
• Support financial reporting and job cost analysis
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5+ years of accounting experience (construction preferred)
• Knowledge of billing processes, contracts, and lien waivers
• Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
