Starting a new building this morning. It’s going to be a good week.

This is a 75’ x 100’ building in Waller County. We are building it for the end use customer for $31 per square foot. Price includes soil test, design, permit, fill dirt, anchor bolts, 5” concrete with grade beams and drilled footings, metal building designed for area wind loads, 6” vinyl reinforced insulation, a personal door, two overhead doors with high lift hardware and assembly of the building.

We don’t do a lot of turn key jobs. Mostly just steel er****on and repairs. We incorporated 30 years ago in 1993. It’s an enjoyable business to be in.
