With more than 29 years of inspection and turnaround experience in the petroleum, petrochemical, and refining industries. Jesse has successfully led turnaround ex*****on teams, capital project ex*****on teams, and inspection teams while consistently delivering safe, high-quality, and cost-effective results.
Throughout his career, Jesse has built and developed high-performing teams, managed complex inspection projects, and partnered with operations and maintenance organizations to achieve objectives for safety, quality, schedule, and budget. He is recognized for his positive leadership style, strong technical expertise, and commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-focused excellence.
Prior to returning to Sentinel Integrity Solutions, Jesse spent just over two years as Lead Specialist, Engineering (Inspection) for Cheniere Energy where he provided leadership and technical expertise for mechanical integrity and inspection programs. Prior to joining Cheniere, he spent nearly a decade with Flint Hills Resources, where he held progressive leadership positions including Inspection Lead, Turnaround Project Manager Lead, Micro Cap Team Lead, Chief Inspector, and Senior Fixed Equipment Inspector. Prior to joining Flint Hills Resources, he spent a little over sixteen years performing and leading on-stream and turnaround inspection projects for various inspection service providers including PetroChem Inspection Services, Advantage Inspection, and Sentinel Integrity Solutions.
In his role, Jesse will utilize his knowledge and capabilities to focus on customer relations, management team support, and turnaround team support.
