🔔 Important Avalon Biomed Customer Update🔔

We’ve heard from some customers who wanted to confirm whether our recent email about changes to our payment system was legitimate. We understand the concern and appreciate your caution.

The email sent on July 29 is an official communication from Avalon Biomed. We are transitioning to a new payment processing platform, and customers will receive a secure enrollment link to add or update their preferred payment method.

Beginning July 30 at 6 p.m. CST, the credit card surcharge will be 2% where permitted. Customers may also choose ACH payments, which have no surcharge. The new system offers better security and fraud prevention. Fewer delays in shipping and payment issues. Increase in support response time and customized customer portal.
