Topping out at Pflugerville CTE! 🏗️

Today the final steel beam went up at the Pflugerville CTE project, and we're proud to say this one had a little extra protection. Our team coated the ceremonial beam with intumescent fireproofing before the whole project team signed it and sent it up.

Thanks to for a great top out celebration and for having us on this project. Getting to the top is a big milestone, and it takes every trade working together to get there.

Project Complete: Park 79 🏗⭐🎉

Fireproof Contractors, Inc. is proud to announce the successful completion of our tenant improvement insulation scope at Park 79, Building 3, located in Taylor, TX!

Working alongside General Contractor, Rosenberger Construction, our team installed R-30 Lamtec white vinyl-faced insulation at the roof deck, secured with galvanized wire, along with 1.5" Atlas Polyisocyanurate rigid insulation on the concrete tilt walls, fastened using Ramset T4 insulation pins.

Products used included industry-leading materials from Lamtec, Atlas, Knauf, and Ramset — ensuring lasting thermal performance and quality craftsmanship.👷

We're excited to wrap up our work at Carson Bay 10, a new industrial tilt-wall warehouse development in Mount Belvieu, Texas.

Fireproof Contractors Inc. recently completed the installation of passive fire protection systems featuring Isolatek International's Cafco® 400 AC Medium Density Fireproofing and Cafco® Fendolite® M-II High-Density Fireproofing, helping protect structural steel and support the long-term safety and resilience of the facility.

Fireproof Contractors is proud to be making progress on the new Elgin ISD Middle School #2 alongside Bartlett Cocke General Contractors.

Our team is currently 40% complete with the installation of:

✅ Exterior Insulation

This project features high-performance building envelope products from Tremco, DOWSIL, and Owens Corning, helping create a durable, energy-efficient, and weather-resistant facility that will serve students and staff for years to come.

Our Project Managers, Chad Stone and Jesus Estrada, had a great time representing Fireproof Contractors, Inc. at the ACRP Inshore Invitational 2026. It was a fantastic opportunity to spend time on the water with valued customers, industry partners, and fellow professionals while enjoying some friendly competition.

We're proud to be part of the team helping bring the new Pflugerville Downtown East Recreation Center to life! 🏗

As this exciting community project continues to take shape, our fireproofing team is approximately 50% complete with our scope of work. Once finished, this recreation center will provide a welcoming space for residents to gather, stay active, and create lasting memories for years to come.

Working alongside Swinerton Builders & Byrne Construction, we're helping ensure the facility is built with safety, quality, and longevity at the forefront.
