Project Update | Camp For All 🏗👷

Fireproof Contractors Inc. is proud to continue progress on the Camp For All project located in Chappell Hill. Working alongside Tellepsen, our team is currently about 60% complete on this ongoing project.

Our scope of work includes the installation of 1.5” Polyisocyanurate rigid board insulation at the exterior sheathing, secured with 1.5” GREENGIRT systems to enhance the building envelope performance and durability.

We appreciate the continued collaboration from the entire project team and look forward to pushing this project toward completion.

We had a great time representing Fireproof Contractors Inc. at the 2026 Houston ISD Trade Day & Hiring Expo.

It was an awesome opportunity to connect with students, job seekers, and future skilled trades professionals interested in careers in construction and fireproofing. We enjoyed sharing more about our company, our culture, and the exciting opportunities available within our team.

We’re nearing the finish line at Fort Bend ISD Marshall High School in Missouri City, TX 👏

Fireproof Contractors, Inc. is proud to be 95% complete with our waterproofing scope, helping protect this project from the elements and ensuring long-term building performance.

Scope Highlights:
• Air Barrier & Flashings installation
• Fluid-applied AirShield LM system
• AirShield Membrane Flashing for added protection

👷Excited to share progress on our latest Houston project, Rice ION Levels 4 & 5.

Fireproof Contractors Inc. is installing acoustical spray‑applied cellulose insulation to enhance the building’s sound performance and interior comfort.

We’re applying International Cellulose Corporation’s K‑13 system to the exposed ceiling decks at Levels 4 & 5.

Scope Highlights:
• 1” K‑13 thickness
• NRC 0.90 for excellent acoustical absorption
• Standard Black finish
• Applied with a water and SK‑2000 adhesive mixture

This system delivers durable sound control while preserving the modern, exposed‑structure aesthetic of the space.

🏀 UTSA Basketball & Volleyball Training Facility

Location: One UTSA Circle, San Antonio, TX
General Contractor: Skanska USA Building Inc.
Status: Ongoing – 40% Complete

Fireproof Contractors, Inc. is currently performing Air Barrier and Building Sealant installation for the new UTSA Basketball and Volleyball Training Facility.

Our scope includes the installation of Perm-A-Barrier® VPL manufactured by GCP Applied Technologies, a high-performance v***r-permeable air barrier designed to control air infiltration while allowing moisture v***r transmission.

Additionally, we are installing DOWSIL™ 790 Silicone Building Sealant manufactured by DowSil, a premium weatherproofing sealant engineered for long-term durability, flexibility, and adhesion in dynamic joint applications.

At 40% completion, our team continues to focus on delivering a continuous air barrier system that enhances energy efficiency, moisture control, and long-term building performance.
