As things get busier, we are looking to add experienced Civil Engineers and Designers to our team. We aren’t looking for site coordinators or project managers; we want "hands-on" design experts who love getting into the details of a project.

What we’re looking for:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable civil design experience within an engineering consulting firm.

The Blueprint: Expertise in Land Development (Residential/Commercial), Grading, Drainage, Stormwater Management, Roadway/Highway Design, and Utility Layouts.

The Must-Have: Even if you have 10+ years in the industry, at least 5 of those years must be dedicated to direct civil design.

Great time at Red, White & Boil Fulshear, an event filled with good food, great conversations, and strong community spirit.

We were glad to attend alongside our friends at TLC Engineering, Frederick Kimberly Sunderman P.E. and connect with both industry peers and local leaders. Kudos to Jimbo's to Geaux for serving up an incredible crawfish boil, definitely a highlight of the event.

Great energy at the ASCE Houston Branch Meeting!

We enjoyed an insightful talk by Paola Betancourt, P.E. on managing utility conflicts always a key topic in infrastructure projects.

We also appreciate Dr. Reynaldo Guerra for presenting updates on behalf of Commissioner Lesley Briones, Precinct 4.
